We are following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in order to make the best decisions for the health and safety of our customers, employees, and independent contractors
In response to the guidelines from the CDC [effective immediately] except where required by law, it will be at the drivers discretion to receive a signature, either electronic or physical. We will require that the driver confirms they have reached the consignee and records their first and last name as Proof of Delivery.
