Is my package insured?
Yes, just like other national package and express delivery services, your package is insured by the CourierNet delivery company partner, generally up to $50, from the time it is picked up to the time it is dropped off. You can increase the value of this coverage by stating a declared value when you place the order.

Is the information I provide on CourierNet private and secure?
Yes. We take your privacy very seriously and take several measures to ensure the security of your information. First, every CourierNet user must log on to the site with a unique user name and password to access any private information. Furthermore, all information relating to addresses, shipping history, etc., that is transferred over the Internet is encrypted using a 40-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection.
